WOCM 98.1 Bulldogs vs. Dogfish Head


From the beginning to the end, Dogfish ruled the ice in their match against WOCM 98.1 Bulldogs. Starting from the top, the first to score was Mike Irish (assists: Steve Cannon and Tony Ruggerio), quickly followed by Joe York (assist: Pat Regan) to boost their lead to 2-0. Ending the shut out was Jason Lindsay (assist: Chris Sloan) of WOCM. Dogfish retaliated with another goal by Irish unassisted. Minutes later they slammed two more in thanks to Jeremy Sheppard (assists: Ruggerio, Ryan Lewis, and York). They skated into second period with a 5-1 lead, that would soon change however as WOCM Chris Sloan scored unassisted half-way through. WOCM pulled a few fast ones to keep Dogfish one their toes. Sheppard (assist: Regan) of Dogfish continued his roll from the first period, but Sloan snuck one in unassisted again to end the period 6-3. The third period allowed Dogfish to maintain their diligence in winning. Irish (assists: Sheppard and Cannon) and York (assists: Cannon and Regan) score the only goals for the game. Dogfish goalie Sean Cannon came out of the net to play, and as he skated the puck up the center ice and proceeded with a pass. The game ended with a final score of 8-3.
